Tuscan cooking is lavish in its use of raw materials but always direct and simple in its preparation. Tuscan cooking is characterized by having simple food, not covered in heavy sauces. 1 full-day excursion in the Chianti Area, including a visit to the farm “Il Castellino” located in the little town of Rignano sull’Arno, to admire the ancient estate in the midst of the splendid Tuscan countryside.  The tour carries on with a visit to the “Volpaia Castle”, walking around the ancient medieval village and shopping in the local shops where it is possible to find typical products (Chianti wine, Vin Santo, honey, and olive oil).  The excursion concludes with lunch in a restaurant inside the ancient village.

1 half-day excursion in the medieval town of Montecatini Alto, located a few kilometers from Montecatini Terme, including wine and cooking taste in the characteristic Medieval Square.

1 full-day excursion in Siena, walking through its street, its alleys and squares to discover the extraordinary and unique atmosphere of the ancient town famous for its “Palio” and well known for its gastronomic specialties (Panforte and Ricciarelli).  The tour carries on with a visit to San Gimignano, the Etruscan town well-known for its beautiful ancient towers, its medieval churches and its large number of archaelogical finds and tombs.
