THANK YOU! for visiting us at The MERLIN Project®.  If you also wrote or called us in response to a recent appearance on "Coast To Coast AM", be aware that we received your request for information or to arrange a personal appointment and it is being processed.  PLEASE NOTE: If you already prepaid for your appointment, we sincerely appreciate your patience and your trust.  Please be aware that you will unequivocally be contacted prior to the scheduling of any subsequent appointment requests. Believe it or not, we are still arranging appointments for a few of you who prepaid in September and October.  We were, in fact, THAT swamped with initial requests!

We should also tell you that we received more than 85,000 other responses from our August 2004's outing with George Noory. Out of that extraordinary number, at least a few thousand of your fellow listeners scheduled a personal appointment.  Obviously, the response far exceeded our wildest expectations and necessitated a unique arrangement to reserve your individual appointment time.

Since we're essentially a research organization and not a marketing company, we must admit that the "Coast-to-Coast AM" response has been in a word.. OVERWHELMING! but reaching out to each of you has been our first priority.

Also, and more importantly, if you are still planning to arrange a personal appointment, please be aware that to be fair to everyone who called or wrote us about an appointment, we were obligated to schedule the "Coast-to-Coast AM" listener sessions in the order in which your payments were received.  In other words, when we receive email notification from PayPal® that your payment has been registered, we will call you to arrange an appointment date and time.  We also will make every effort to handle payments by money order or check the very same way, on a first prepaid, first served basis.

It's important to remember, that with another 'Coast-to-Coast AM' show looming in early February 2005 (the evening of the 7th,) that we are likely to get another, perhaps equally large response.  If you don't want the frustration of waiting months just to get on the callback list, please arrange your payment, now!
