THANK YOU! for visiting us at The MERLIN Project®.  If you also wrote or  called us in response to our recent appearance, be aware that we received your request for information or a personal appointment and it is being processed.

We should also tell you that we received more than 68,000 other responses from Monday night, August 30th's outing with George Noory, that is -- so far!  Out of that extraordinary number, at least a few thousand of your fellow listeners are looking forward to scheduling a personal appointment.  Obviously, the response far exceeded our wildest expectations and will necessitate a unique arrangement to reserve your individual appointment time.

Since we're essentially a research organization and not a marketing company, we must admit that the "Coast-to-Coast AM" response has been in a word.. OVERWHELMING! but reaching out to each of you in a timely fashion is our first priority.  Please do the following to help, if you would.

First, please don't make repeated calls or leave repeated messages.  If you've called once or written once that's undoubtedly sufficient and we will get back to you!  Repeated mailing or calling will only further clog our messaging system and make it that much more difficult to negotiate a rapid response.  We are committed to reaching each and every one of you, but it might take up to several weeks to reach everyone.  In the event that you don't hear back from us by mid-month and you have some emergency need to reach  us, you can try calling our direct office number which is: 1-978-356-8727, or by email at runes@runestones.com  Ask for Dr. David K. Patterson if you call.

Also, and more importantly, if you are attempting to arrange a personal appointment, please be aware that to be fair to everyone who called or wrote us about an appointment, we have decided to schedule the "Coast-to-Coast AM" listener sessions in the order in which your payments are received.  In other words, when we receive email notification from PayPal® that your payment has been registered, we will call you to arrange an appointment date and time.  We will handle payments by money order or check the very same way, on a first prepaid, first served basis.

If you haven’t already registered your session fee, scroll down to the PayPal® BuyNow buttons located at the bottom of this page and immediately arrange your appointment.  When you click on those buttons, they will immediately take you to our PayPal® secure registration screen.  Remember to include the $10 (flat) phone fee if you would like us to place the session call.  PayPal®, which is the financial arm of EBay® exclusively handles our on-line payments.  To expedite the scheduling of appointments, we are only offering the Complete Session ($210) and the Condensed Session ($85) in this format.  Both include a $10 fee to us to call you for your session.  All other MERLIN services (see ‘Services’) will be scheduled on a time-available basis.
