The MERLIN Project has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our commitment to privacy.

 

Does the MERLIN Project ask for personal information?

Our site's registration form requires users to give us contact information (including name and email address). We use customer contact information from the registration forms to send the user information about our company and promotional material about our products and services. The customer's contact information is also used to contact the visitor when necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the How do I remove myself from any mailing lists section below.

 

Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitor's contact information (such as their email address) and financial information (like their account or credit card numbers). Contact information from the order form is used to send orders, information about our company, and promotional material about our products and services.  The customer's contact information is also used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the How do I remove myself from any mailing lists below. Any Financial information that is collected is used solely to bill the user for products and services.

 

The MERLIN Project will at no time provide address information or e-mail information to anyone outside the MERLIN Project. We keep all data private and any products or services information will be mailed out by the MERLIN Project. You can opt out of this at any time.

We also Logs Browser Types and Date and Time of visitors to better serve our customers.
