Hungry Lion Imports is a sole proprietorship owned by Christine McCarron, with lots of friends and family helping out. Chris was formerly a software consultant stationed in the UK and traveled to clients throughout Europe. Although she loved her co-workers and clients, the software world held no fascination for her so one day she decided to quit her job and try something new. Her love for travel and shopping led her to importing. Morocco was an obvious starting place as she had several very good Moroccan friends that were willing to help.
Hungry Lion Imports currently imports from Morocco and Egypt and reps products from China and India. Another country will be added each year. Most of the sales for Hungry Lion are still done door-to-door and if you order from the Hungry Lion website, you can eventually expect a visit from us.
Our mission statement is to help our clients differentiate themselves with unusual items from around the world, while having fun and growing incredibly rich. At the same time, we want to offer better quality at a better price than our competitors. If you find a better price on the same product elsewhere, please let us know.
