You do not need anything more than a personal computer with Internet access. IF you do not have an FTP program installed, no need to worry there are plenty of free ones out there.

Does AccessBest support Microsoft FrontPage and FrontPage server extensions?

Yes AccessBest Host full supports FP 2000 and FP 2002 on our Unix and Windows 2000 platforms.

What are the various types of databases AccessBest offers with its packages?

AccessBest's Unix Hosting plans support mySQL and mSQL, while our Windows 2000 Hosting plans support access to Microsoft SQL server or Microsoft Access.
 

Will I have unlimited access to my site for updates?

Yes. You have unlimited access via FTP 24 hours a day 365 days a year. As such, you can create and maintain your web pages on your own computer and upload files to your web site any time you wish.
 

Can additional domains be pointed to my main domain?

Yes. We can alias (park) additional domains to point to the same main page as your master domain and it will also share the same mail system. There is a one-time $35.00 set-up fee and $5 per month for each domain you add as an alias.
 

Can I host domains in the sub-directory of my account?

Yes, by utilizing our Fake IP addon. It is a CGI based tool that provides the ability to point additional domains to subdirectories of your main domain. There is a one-time $50.00 set-up fee and $15 per month for each domain you add as a Fake IP.
 

What are your Network capabilities?

You are hosted on our fiber optic network, which connects to the Internet through 5 redundant DS-3, OC-3 and OC-12 multi-homed connections. This highspeed connectivity combined with exceptionally fast and reliable Dual Pentium III/4 servers, gives you fast access to all web sites.

Yes, we offer local dial-up access to the Internet. There is a one-time $25.00 set-up fee and $10 per month.  We also offer dedicated Internet connectivity such as fractional T-1 service.

AccessBest's Windows 2000 packages comes with Deep Metrix's Live Stats. Our Unix packages come with Boutell's Wusage statistics.
 

Do you offer any pre-configured CGI-scripts?

Yes, we offers 33 free, pre-installed CGI-scripts on all of our Unix-based packages. These include FormMail, cgiemail, Guestbooks, and counters. Our Windows 2000 packages come with 6 pre-installed cgi-scripts.
 

Do you maintain backups of my data?

Yes. We backup your web directory daily on to our tape backup machines.
